Registered Nurse - Acute Care Orthopedic Telemetry Unit

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering comprehensive patient care in a clinical setting. Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, develop and coordinate individualized care plans including patient education and discharge planning, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention outcomes, collaborate with interdisciplinary team members, troubleshoot equipment issues, promote quality and safety initiatives, and actively participate in decision-making and organizational programs to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills: Graduation from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing, with the ability to provide compassionate, patient-centered care. Strong communication, problem-solving, teamwork, and adherence to policies are essential. Key Duties: Perform nursing activities aligned with scope of practice and standards, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, and ensure safety and satisfaction for patients and families.
