Registered Nurse - OR

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse responsible for delivering patient-centered care in accordance with state nursing standards. Key Responsibilities: Providing direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics; conducting assessments; addressing patients' physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs; developing and implementing individualized care plans; collaborating with interdisciplinary teams; delegating tasks; troubleshooting equipment; participating in quality, safety, and evidence-based practice initiatives; promoting teamwork and patient education; and ensuring safety and compliance. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a nursing specialty training program; preferred OR experience; ability to work in a fast-paced clinical environment; strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills; willingness to rotate shifts, including holidays and on-call duties.
