Registered Nurse - ICU

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Conduct assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and coordinate care plans, provide direct patient care including treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment issues, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty program (required), bachelor's degree preferred. Must meet licensure and certification standards. Demonstrates compassionate patient care, teamwork, problem-solving, and adherence to policies and procedures. Key Duties: Ensure optimal patient and family experience, promote safety, coordinate care activities, and participate in organizational and departmental quality improvement efforts. Work typically in a clinical environment with responsibilities including patient assessments, education, and safety compliance. Additional Details: Shift hours include 7p-7:30a with every other weekend and holiday requirements.
