Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Role: Full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse in the Central Region Float Pool. Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, address holistic needs, develop and implement individualized care plans, provide direct patient treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decisions, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate of a specialty training program, ability to float between multiple hospital locations, and flexibility to work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Key Duties: Deliver safe, compassionate care by coordinating patient needs, advocating for patients and families, and participating in unit and organizational improvement activities.
