Registered Nurse - Float Pool

Role: Inpatient Registered Nurse within the Central Region Float Pool, providing direct patient care across multiple hospital locations. Responsibilities: Conduct patient assessments, address physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs, develop and implement care plans, administer treatments and medications, evaluate intervention effectiveness, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, troubleshoot equipment, participate in evidence-based practice decision-making, and contribute to quality and safety initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a specialty training program, with a preference for at least two years of inpatient float or travel nursing experience. Ability to float between multiple hospital sites and work rotating day/night shifts, including weekends and holidays. Key Duties: Provide holistic patient care, educate patients and families, coordinate discharge planning, participate in team and organizational goals, and uphold safety and quality standards in a clinical environment.
