Registered Nurse - Medical ICU, Full-Time Nights

Role: The RN Clinical Nurse Critical Care provides high-quality, safe, and individualized patient care as part of an interdisciplinary team in a critical care setting. Responsibilities: Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practice and critical thinking. Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations and cultural backgrounds. Partnering with patients and families through effective communication methods such as bedside reports and education. Ensuring safe, compliant documentation and promoting teamwork, collaboration, and a respectful clinical environment. Supporting performance improvement, research, professional development, and serving as a mentor or preceptor. Participating in protocol development, resource management, and adherence to organizational policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor's Nursing degree preferred; active RN license (single state or multi-state Compact). Minimum of 2 years direct patient care experience. Certifications: ACLS, BLS required upon hire. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and utilize technology effectively.
