Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Ortho Trauma

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They serve as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Monitor, evaluate, and document patient conditions and care plans, applying professional judgment. Deliver safe, effective care according to policies, maintaining confidentiality and safety standards. Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, educating families, and facilitating communication. Participate in performance improvement initiatives and support organizational goals. Maintain professional licensure and certifications, pursue growth opportunities, and contribute to a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Diploma in Nursing; Bachelor’s preferred. Current RN license (single state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification required. Experience in direct patient care preferred. Strong communication, teamwork, and clinical skills.
