Registered Nurse - Inpatient Medical ICU

Role: Critical care Registered Nurse in a 21-bed Medical/Cardiac ICU. Responsibilities: Provide advanced, evidence-based care to critically ill patients with conditions such as neurological emergencies, cardiac crises, pulmonary challenges, severe infections, metabolic emergencies, gastrointestinal bleeding, and end-of-life support. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including RNs, LNAs, RTs, therapists, and physicians. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, research projects, and contribute to shaping best practices. Support patient and family-centered care with compassion and clinical expertise. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN licensure, ADN required (BSN preferred), >1 year ICU experience preferred. Strong clinical judgment, rapid decision-making, and commitment to lifelong learning. Experience in critical care settings and advanced therapies is advantageous. Key Duties: Deliver high-quality critical care, engage in professional development, and foster a collaborative, innovative environment. Contribute to unit excellence through mentorship, certification pursuits, and leadership in quality initiatives.
