Neurosurgery Registered Nurse

Role: Registered Nurse on the McClure 5 Neurosurgery Unit Responsibilities Deliver evidence-based care to neurosurgical and complex medical patients, including assessments, neuro and post-op monitoring, medication administration, and care coordination. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and support staff to ensure comprehensive patient care. Support patient and family education, promote safe discharges, and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Qualifications & Skills Current nursing licensure with relevant clinical experience in neurosurgery or medical-surgical settings. Strong assessment, monitoring, and medication administration skills. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities in a teaching hospital environment. Commitment to evidence-based practices, patient safety, and quality care.
