Role Overview: This position is for Inpatient Psychiatric Registered Nurses working on mental health care units, including a 16-bed locked unit for both voluntary and involuntary patients and a 12-bed unit primarily for voluntary patients requiring acute care. Key Responsibilities Participate in treatment planning, rounds, psychiatric assessments, and general medical/surgical care. Collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team including MHTs, LPNs, providers, social workers, and therapists. Cover charge nurse duties and precept new staff members. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure or recognized compact licensure. ADN required; BSN preferred. Relevant clinical experience in mental health or related areas.
