Registered Nurse (RN) - Trauma

Seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) Trauma for a full-time, ongoing role in a Level I Trauma Center. Key Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care for trauma and acute surgical patients, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, and evaluation. Promoting patient and family-centered care, educating on injury management, post-treatment care, and medication. Participating in safety, quality, and regulatory activities, and developing individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Assessing physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values and barriers to care. Qualifications And Skills Minimum education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree; preferred Bachelor’s degree. Licensure: Valid RN license. Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills are essential.
