Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

Role: Provides direct patient care in the ICU as a Registered Nurse, focusing on assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within nursing standards. Promotes patient- and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication administration. Participates in activities that ensure patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance while engaging in professional development. Develops and documents individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Utilizes critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, respecting patient values, cultural, and spiritual considerations. Works in a safety-sensitive role, maintaining alertness and safe practices at all times. Qualifications & Skills: Nursing diploma/associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred. RN license necessary; no prior experience required, but less than 2 years of experience is preferred. Ability to work night shifts and engage in professional growth is essential.
