Registered Nurse (RN) - ICU

We are seeking a qualified Registered Nurse (RN) for an ICU (Intensive Care Unit) position. Key Responsibilities Include Providing direct patient care through assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation in accordance with nursing standards. Promoting patient and family-centered care, including education on illness management, medication, and post-treatment needs. Participating in activities that ensure patient safety, quality care, and regulatory compliance. Developing and documenting individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families. Using critical nursing skills to assess physical, psychosocial, emotional, cultural, and spiritual needs, addressing barriers to care. Maintaining safety and alertness as this role is safety-sensitive. Qualifications And Skills Include Minimum of a Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred. One to Two years of critical care experience preferred. Active RN license required.
