Neuro Trauma MedSurg RN Provide high-quality, compassionate nursing care to adult patients with complex neurological and trauma conditions in a fast-paced MedSurg setting. Key Responsibilities Perform detailed neuro assessments and monitor patient condition closely Administer medications and IV therapies per clinical orders Monitor telemetry and track vital trends Coordinate interdisciplinary care from admission through discharge Educate patients and families and support informed care decisions Contribute to quality and safety initiatives and maintain a team-based approach Qualifications & Skills Registered Nurse with experience in MedSurg and comfort caring for neuro/trauma patients Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and patient monitoring skills Proficient medication administration, IV therapy, and telemetry/vitals monitoring Ability to collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary team Clear communication and patient/family education skills
