Progressive Care Trauma Registered Nurse to provide high-quality, compassionate care in a step-down unit for trauma and progressive care patients. Key Responsibilities Monitor complex patients and assess clinical status. Interpret telemetry and respond promptly to changes in condition. Administer medications and perform ordered treatments and interventions. Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support safe recovery and optimal outcomes. Provide comprehensive patient and family education. Maintain accurate, best-practice documentation and uphold patient safety standards. Qualifications & Skills Current Registered Nurse license. Experience and competence in progressive/step-down and trauma patient care. Strong clinical assessment skills and ability to interpret telemetry. Sound medication administration and treatment execution. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient education skills. Commitment to documentation accuracy and safety-focused practice.
