ICU Registered Nurse

NSICU Nurse provides expert, evidence-based care for critically ill neurologic patients in a fast-paced intensive care environment. Key Responsibilities Assess, monitor, and manage complex patient conditions with rapid recognition of clinical changes. Administer medications and deliver advanced therapies per established protocols. Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to coordinate treatment plans. Respond promptly to emergencies and changes in patient status. Support families with compassion and clear communication during critical decisions. Uphold a strong culture of patient safety, integrity, and continuous improvement. Qualifications & Skills Registered nursing licensure and strong ICU/critical care competencies. Ability to deliver high-acuity neurologic care with sound clinical judgment. Proficiency in monitoring, medication administration, and escalation of concerns. Effective teamwork and communication skills in multidisciplinary settings. Commitment to learning and evidence-based practice.
