Registered Nurse - Acute Care - Full Time - Days

Role: Registered Nurse (RN) Clinical Nurse, a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team dedicated to delivering individualized, high-quality, and safe patient care. Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using evidence-based practices. Deliver relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, partnering with patients and families to focus on their goals. Ensure safe, high-quality care through effective documentation, interdisciplinary collaboration, and participation in performance improvement initiatives. Support professional development by mentoring colleagues and adhering to organizational policies, standards, and ethics. Promote evidence-based practice, research, and resource optimization to enhance patient outcomes. Qualifications & Skills Associate's or Bachelor's Nursing degree (preferred) Active RN license (single state or multi-state Compact) Basic Life Support certification Minimum of 2 years direct patient care experience Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating critical thinking and decisive action Proficiency with technology and basic computer skills Additional Requirements: Commitment to ongoing professional competency, participation in research and quality improvement, and adherence to safety standards and policies.
