Registered Nurse - Cardiac Telemetry - Full-Time Nights

Role: RN Clinical Nurse in MedSurg Cardiac, providing high-quality, safe patient care on a 21-bed unit. Responsibilities Perform nursing processes (assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, evaluation) utilizing evidence-based practice and critical thinking. Deliver patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, respecting cultural differences. Partner with patients and families through effective communication, education, and goal-setting. Ensure safe, quality care documentation and interdisciplinary collaboration. Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and shared governance activities. Maintain professional development, serve as preceptor/mentor, and uphold organizational policies and ethical standards. Promote evidence-based practice, participate in protocol development, and optimize resource utilization. Qualifications & Skills Associate or Bachelor’s Nursing degree. Valid RN license (single or multi-state), BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required upon hire. Preferred: National certification in specialty area. Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred. Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and respond to emergencies.
