Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse provides high-quality, safe, patient-centered care within an interdisciplinary team, practicing in a Magnet-designated facility. They support evidence-based practice, research, and performance improvement initiatives, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and policies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop care plans, and evaluate patient outcomes using critical thinking and clinical standards. Foster relationships with patients and families, promoting culturally sensitive care and effective communication. Teamwork & Collaboration: Coordinate care delivery, document accurately, participate in performance improvement, and support shared governance. Demonstrate professionalism and contribute to a respectful, inclusive work environment. Professional Development: Maintain competencies, serve as a preceptor or mentor, and engage in ongoing education. Promote evidence-based practices and research activities. Resource Management & Compliance: Plan patient care proactively, develop protocols, and utilize resources efficiently. Qualifications & Skills: Diploma in nursing (Bachelor's preferred), minimum 2 years of direct care experience, active RN license (multi-state compact preferred), and certifications in BLS and ACLS.
