Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary care team, providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care in a clinical setting. They ensure individualized care using evidence-based practices, effective communication, and cultural sensitivity. Key Responsibilities: Perform the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—focusing on patient outcomes. Partner with patients and families through bedside reports, education, and goal-focused care planning. Coordinate safe and effective care delivery, documentation, and interdisciplinary communication. Support performance improvement initiatives, research, and evidence-based practice to enhance patient outcomes. Mentor and serve as a preceptor to promote professional development and workforce sustainability. Participate in protocol development and resource management to optimize care and minimize readmissions. Adhere to organizational policies, legal, regulatory, and accreditation standards, including safety goals. Qualifications & Skills: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (Bachelor’s preferred). Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. At least 2 years of direct patient care experience. Strong interpersonal, collaborative, and customer service skills. Proficiency in clinical technology, critical thinking, and time management. Ability to respond effectively in fast-paced environments and emergencies. Additional Requirements: Excellent communication in English, basic computer skills, and commitment to professional growth.
