Role: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team, providing high-quality, safe, and patient-centered care. They perform the nursing process, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation, using evidence-based practices and critical thinking skills. Responsibilities: Deliver relationship-based care tailored to patient diversity, partner effectively with patients and families, coordinate safe care delivery, and support performance improvement initiatives. They serve as preceptors or mentors, promote evidence-based practice and research, participate in protocol development, and ensure compliance with organizational policies and standards. Qualifications & Skills: Must hold an active RN license (single state or multi-state), BLS certification, and have at least 2 years of direct patient care experience. Strong communication, interpersonal, time management, and critical thinking skills are essential. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment are required. Additional duties: Support resource management, contribute to continuous improvement, and perform other assigned tasks in accordance with organizational policies.
