Registered Nurse (New Grad)

Seeking New Grad RN to join patient-centered care teams. The RN provides direct nursing care , including performing patient assessments , monitoring vital signs , administering medications , and completing accurate EHR documentation . Work collaboratively with experienced nurses, physicians, and allied health professionals to help develop and implement individualized care plans . Educate patients and families on treatments and provide clear discharge instructions .
