Registered Nurse

Responsibilities Provide patient-centered nursing care on a medical-surgical unit. Assess patient conditions and monitor changes to support safe clinical outcomes. Administer medications and treatments in accordance with clinical standards. Document nursing care, assessments, and interventions accurately and timely. Collaborate with providers and the interdisciplinary care team to coordinate care. Educate patients and families, advocate for patient needs, and promote understanding of care plans. Contribute to a safe, positive patient experience through clinical judgment and communication. Qualifications & Skills Active nursing licensure and strong fundamentals in medical-surgical nursing. Ability to assess, prioritize, and respond to evolving patient conditions. Proficiency with medication administration and evidence-based nursing care. Excellent documentation, communication, and teamwork skills. Compassionate approach to patient education and advocacy.
