New Grad Registered Nurse (Nurse Residency Program) Participate in a structured, mentored transition-to-practice program with comprehensive onboarding, clinical rotations, and classroom learning across acute and specialty units. Provide safe, evidence-based patient care while developing strong clinical judgment, documentation accuracy, and communication skills. Key Duties Perform patient assessments and reassessments Administer medications and support prescribed care plans Deliver and document care using accurate, complete clinical records Educate patients and families to support understanding and outcomes Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care Qualifications & Skills New graduate with RN licensure/eligibility Commitment to patient safety and evidence-based practice Strong communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn, accept feedback, and grow clinical competence Ability to perform nursing care tasks with increasing independence
