Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Chauffeur role based in Boston, MA. The Chauffeur will be responsible for safely transporting team members, clients, and guests to and from meetings, events, and other destinations. Day-to-day tasks include planning routes, monitoring traffic and weather conditions, maintaining a clean and well-presented vehicle, and ensuring timely arrivals. The role involves coordinating schedules with operations staff, providing professional and courteous customer service, and following all local traffic laws and company policies. The Chauffeur may also assist with light logistics tasks such as document or equipment transport and vehicle upkeep reporting. Qualifications Transportation skills, including safe driving practices and route planning Experience operating larger vehicles such as trucks or similar commercial vehicles Customer Service skills with a focus on professionalism, discretion, and clear communication Understanding of Truckload Shipping or similar logistics processes, and basic Operations Management concepts Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record and familiarity with Boston, MA and surrounding areas Ability to maintain punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment Ability to lift and handle luggage or light equipment as needed Prior experience as a chauffeur, professional driver, or in transportation services is preferred
