Benefits Content and Implementation Manager Wellist is hiring a Benefits Content and Implementation Manager to work with employer clients, turn their benefit materials into clear employee resources, and manage the setup and launch of those resources in our platform. At Wellist, we help employers deliver the right resources at the right time, so employees can find meaningful support through every life moment and HR leaders can get more value from the investments they’ve already made. As a Benefits Content and Implementation Manager, you’ll play a critical role in translating complex employer benefit portfolios into an experience employees can actually understand and use. Day to day, that means reviewing client benefit portfolios, building resource listings in plain language, and tagging each listing so employees can quickly see resources that match their need and eligibility. This is a detailed, execution-oriented, individual contributor role with meaningful impact. The quality of every build directly affects the employee experience, the value clients realize from Wellist and the insights we can generate about their benefits portfolios. This role is ideal for a sharp, highly accountable operator who combines exceptional attention to detail with strong judgment, curiosity and care. You’ll develop deep expertise in the benefit portfolios of leading employers and use that knowledge to help Wellist continuously improve how we deliver value at scale. What You’ll Own Client Builds & Portfolio Intake Own assigned client benefit implementations from intake through approval, delivering complete, accurate work against established timelines and quality standards and ensuring employees can easily find and use the programs and resources that apply to them. Partner with domestic and international clients, brokers and point solution providers to understand each employer’s benefits portfolio and available resources. Lead discovery conversations to capture the full scope of each employer’s portfolio, down to individual programs, services and hidden gems. Develop deep knowledge of assigned client portfolios and serve as an internal resource throughout implementation and ongoing client work. Resource Identification, Content & Quality Review complex benefit materials and identify the programs, services and hidden gems that should be represented in Wellist. Apply Wellist’s tagging and eligibility frameworks precisely so employees are connected to resources relevant to their needs, benefits and eligibility. Translate complex benefit information into clear, accurate and employee-friendly content that helps people understand what support is available and how to access it. Coordinate review and approval with clients and benefit partners, ensuring resource work meets Wellist’s standards for accuracy, completeness and usability. Cross-Functional Collaboration Work closely with Client Success, Analytics, Development, Support and Benefits Operations throughout implementation and ongoing client work. Answer cross-functional questions about assigned client portfolios and help teams understand the benefits, resources and eligibility structures represented in Wellist. Keep client value and the employee experience at the center of the work. Portfolio Insights & Continuous Improvement Alongside your core build work, you will: Identify high-value programs, redundancies, overlaps and gaps encountered through client portfolio work. Bring benefits expertise and qualitative insights from client builds to Client Success, Analytics and other teams to inform analysis and recommendations. Identify opportunities to improve the quality, consistency and efficiency of Wellist’s resource processes. Have the opportunity to contribute to process, technology and AI-enabled improvements that help Wellist deliver high-quality work at greater scale. What You Bring 2–4 years of experience in benefits administration or management, benefits consulting or brokerage, vendor implementation or onboarding, HR, healthcare, operations, analytics or a related field.
