Registered Nurse

Registered Nurse (Ortho Neuro Trauma) Provide high-quality, patient-centered nursing care for individuals with orthopedic, neurological, and traumatic conditions. Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team in a modern clinical setting, using advanced medical technology and evidence-based care practices to support healing and recovery. Key Responsibilities Assess patient needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and monitor outcomes. Deliver direct bedside care for orthopedic, neuro, and trauma patients. Coordinate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to support treatment plans. Administer medications, perform clinical procedures, and ensure safe, effective care. Maintain accurate documentation and communicate changes in patient condition. Provide patient and family education and support during the care process. Qualifications & Skills Current RN licensure and ability to practice within applicable regulations. Strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. Knowledge of orthopedic, neurological, and trauma nursing principles. Excellent communication, teamwork, and patient-focused care skills. Commitment to safety, documentation accuracy, and high-quality care.
