Privacy Policy

The Turkish version of this text is the binding one.

We aim to keep access to and control over your data in your hands.

Data we keep in your account

We keep your e-mail, profile, preferences, CV content, derived matches, cover letter drafts, and notification and feedback records. Your name, e-mail, phone and links are removed from your CV before it is sent to an AI processor; for cover letters only limited structured profile fields and the relevant job data are sent. Drafts are kept until you or your account are deleted. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Security

We use TLS in transit, private file storage, access control, a daily database backup and limited admin access. In a security incident we follow the notification process the law requires.

Control

From the Account page you can download your data as JSON and delete your resume or your account. You can withdraw notification consent from your preferences.
