We aim to keep access to and control over your data in your hands.

Data we keep in your account

We store your email, profile, preferences, resume content, derived matches, cover letter drafts, notification records, and feedback. For cover letter generation only limited structured profile fields and the relevant job data are sent to the selected AI processor; the raw resume and direct contact details are not. Drafts are kept until you delete them or your account. Passwords are never stored in plain text.

Security

We use TLS in transit, private object storage, access controls, encrypted off-host backups, and restricted admin access. In the event of a security incident, the notification process required by law is followed.

Control

From the Account page you can download your data as JSON and delete your resume or your account. You can withdraw notification consent from your preferences.
