Data we process and why
We process account and contact details to operate your account; resume, preference, match, and feedback data to rank suitable job postings, explain them, and deliver them through the channel you chose; and security and transaction logs to protect the service.
Collection method and legal basis
Data is collected electronically through the sign-up, resume upload, preference, and feedback screens. Processing relies on the formation or performance of the contract, legal obligations, legitimate interest, and, where required, separate explicit consent.
Transfers
Data is transferred only to the hosting, storage, email, and AI providers required for the service, limited to the purpose, under contract, and with the necessary security measures.
The data sent to AI processors depends on the type of operation:
- Resume analysis: the text extracted from the resume you upload is sent to the AI processor to build your professional profile. The resume file itself is not sent.
- Job matching: your professional profile summary and the texts of the postings being evaluated are sent.
- Cover letter generation: only limited structured profile fields and the relevant job data are sent; the raw resume text and your direct contact details are not.
These processors are Anthropic, Google, and OpenAI; because their servers are located outside Turkey (primarily in the United States), this constitutes an international transfer, carried out within the KVKK provisions on cross-border transfers and limited to the purpose. Our agreements with these processors do not permit the use of the data for model training.
No resume or draft is transferred to employers, and no application is made on the user's behalf.
Retention and your rights
Data is kept for as long as the service and legal obligations require; you can delete cover letter drafts individually, and deleting your account removes all drafts from active systems. Deleted data leaves encrypted backups no later than the end of the backup retention period. You can send access, correction, deletion, and other KVKK requests to emreozyorukdev@gmail.com .
