Occupational Therapist - Full Time

Job Summary: Plans and conducts segments of treatment programs aimed at restoring and enhancing patients' physical, social, and mental functions. Acts as a co-leader within an interdisciplinary team to deliver personalized in-home care, ensuring quality standards and meeting department objectives. Responsibilities Include Performing evaluations to determine patient needs and developing individualized treatment plans. Providing therapy interventions using appropriate protocols and techniques. Establishing and communicating care and discharge plans. Completing accurate clinical documentation within designated deadlines. Supervising assigned assistants and performing other related duties. Qualifications And Skills Master’s degree in Occupational Therapy or Doctor of Occupational Therapy (OTD); licensed in applicable states. Valid occupational therapy license, CPR/BLS certification, and a driver’s license. Minimum age of 21 years. Additional Requirements: Commitment to safety and compliance with vaccination policies and participation in E-Verify program.
