Tweeten Care Center is looking for a full-time Social Worker to join the team! If you are looking for a rewarding work environment in healthcare this position might be perfect for you! What you will work: Full-time: 36 hours/week Monday-Friday, Day shifts Holiday rotation Location: Spring Grove, MN What you will do: Social Workers provide assessment, planning, consulting, education and referral services to Gundersen Health System residents and family members. Act as consultants and leaders in comprehensive care throughout the system, while supporting organizational strategies and goals.
