RN - Acute Care - Cardiac Telemetry - Full-Time Night Shift

Role Overview: The RN Clinical Nurse is a vital member of an interdisciplinary team providing high-quality, safe, patient-centered care. They assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate care based on evidence-based practices, ensuring individualized treatment aligned with clinical standards and cultural diversity. Key Responsibilities: Deliver relationship-based care focusing on patient and family engagement, utilizing effective communication methods like bedside reports and interdisciplinary rounds. Coordinate and document safe, quality care while fostering teamwork, inclusivity, and a respectful clinical environment. Participate in performance improvement, research, and evidence-based practice initiatives, supporting system policies and safety standards. Mentor and serve as a preceptor for other staff and students, contributing to workforce development. Proactively plan patient care across the continuum, develop protocols, and optimize resource utilization. Qualifications & Skills: Associates or Bachelor’s Nursing degree (preferred). Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Minimum of 2 years of direct patient care experience. Strong communication, critical thinking, time management, and teamwork skills. Ability to adapt in fast-paced environments and respond effectively to emergencies.
