Responsibilities include: Performing the nursing process—assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation—using critical thinking and evidence-based standards. Delivering relationship-based, patient-centered care tailored to diverse populations, incorporating cultural understanding. Partnering with patients and families through effective communication methods such as bedside reports and interdisciplinary rounds. Ensuring documentation of safe, quality care and fostering a respectful, inclusive environment. Collaborating with healthcare teams to coordinate care, support performance improvement, and promote safe practices. Participating in professional development, mentoring, and research activities to advance nursing practice. Supporting resource management and developing protocols to optimize patient outcomes. Qualifications and skills: Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred). Current RN license (single or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Less than 1 year of clinical experience preferred, with completion of accredited nursing education programs. Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills, with a commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous improvement.
