The company maintains a robust project backlog and is seeking an experienced Project Manager to support continued growth. Job Description Plan and manage all phases of construction projects, from pre-construction through closeout. Coordinate with clients, contractors, and vendors to ensure project requirements are met. Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets to ensure timely and cost-effective completion. Oversee quality control and ensure compliance with safety regulations. Monitor project progress and address any issues or risks that may arise. Prepare and present regular project status reports to stakeholders. Manage procurement of materials and resources necessary for project execution. Facilitate effective communication among team members to ensure collaboration and efficiency. The Successful Applicant A Successful Commercial Project Manager Should Have Experience with managing construction projects in the business services industry. Experience in managing budgets, timelines, and multiple stakeholders effectively. Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks and deadlines. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with diverse stakeholders. Proficiency in project management software and tools.
