Job Description Plan, organize, and oversee construction projects from start to finish, including scheduling and budgeting. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project specifications are met. Monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise to maintain timelines and budgets. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes throughout the project lifecycle. Manage project documentation, including contracts, permits, and reports. Foster strong relationships with clients and ensure their expectations are met or exceeded. Oversee procurement of materials and equipment necessary for project execution. Perform regular site visits to ensure quality control and resolve on-site challenges. The Successful Applicant A Successful Construction Project Manager Should Have Experience managing construction projects from concept to completion. Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Ability to communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and team members. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
