Process Improvement Engineer

Our client is a leading manufacturer within the heavy manufacturing sector. This dynamic company is looking for a Process Improvement Engineer to join their team and interact with their Production and Manufacturing leaders on a daily basis supporting process improvements, plant layout improvements, capital projects, quality and profitability. Our client is looking to build a succession plan around the Process Improvement Engineer and have them eventually develop into an Engineering Manager or Plant Manager. The candidate must have a BS in Engineering, plus the ability to lead and develop future leaders. Additional qualifications include: Experience with projects focused on plant equipment Proven track record of improving processes 0 – 5 years of experience Ability to make data-based decisions High level of integrity and professionalism Passion and sense of urgency Prior experience working within Manufacturing Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written, verbal, presentation) Able to work within the United States Compensation Our client offers a competitive base compensation plus a bonus opportunity. Base salary $80K - $110K
