Contract IT Assistant

This is a short-term contract of about 1–2 weeks. You'll help disconnect, pack, move, and set up our computers and office technology so our attorneys and staff can get back to work quickly in the new space. What You'll Do Safely disconnect, label, and pack computers, monitors, docking stations, printers, and accessories Transport equipment between the current and new office locations Set up and reconnect workstations at the new office, including monitors, keyboards, mice, docks, and cables Check that each workstation powers on, connects to the network and internet, and works with peripherals Keep an inventory of equipment so nothing gets lost or damaged Fix basic setup issues and flag bigger problems to our IT contact Handle all equipment with care and respect confidential client information Assist our IT Department with tasks Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Basic IT knowledge: connecting and disconnecting computers, monitors, printers, and network cables Comfort with Windows and/or Mac setup and troubleshooting Careful, organized, and detail-oriented Able to lift and carry equipment up to about 50 lbs Dependable and on time, with flexible availability during the move window Office move, help desk, or desktop support experience is a plus Duration: about 1–2 weeks Schedule: full-time hours during the move, with some flexibility based on the moving schedule (9:00 am to 5:30 pm) Location: Burbank, CA (on-site at both offices) If you are a motivated, goal-oriented, and strategic leader with a passion for identifying top talent and building powerful industry connections, we encourage you to apply today.
