Roofing Service Technician Flynn Group of Companies Salt Lake City, UT $20+ Depending on experience    Job Summary: We are seeking a qualified individual experienced with installation and repair of various flat-roofing systems: TPO, PVC, EPDM. You will be responsible for performing quality roof repairs and maintenance under the direction of your Foreman in a safe and timely manner.   Benefits  Health and dental insurance with partial employer‑paid premiums PTO and paid holidays Company-paid: Vision and Life insurance Employee & family assistance programs Wellness perks, including select gym memberships 401(k) with company match Company‑provided PPE Free uniforms that are laundered for you Career advancement opportunities   Daily Responsibilities Assist with repairs, replacements, and/or maintenance on commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-up, etc.) Work as part of a crew to inspect leaks, damage, and determine correct repair process Load and unload materials onto the roof Use fall-restraint equipment and PPE gear at all times On-call availability to respond to emergency leaks when needed (staggered schedule) Communicate professionally with customers and clients and provide recommendations Requirements & Qualifications Previous experience with commercial roofing production/installation, roof maintenance, roof repairs/leaks OR construction and trades job Able to lift heavy material on a regular basis Comfortable with heights & working outdoors year-round Open to on-call availability Has reliable transportation Willing to submit background check and drug test #LI-DNI 9/28/2026
