Registered Nurse (RN) - Acute Care - Ortho Trauma

Role Overview: The Registered Nurse provides high-quality patient care by collaborating with the care team to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient needs. They act as a key liaison between patients, families, and healthcare providers, ensuring patient-centered care and satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Monitor, examine, and evaluate patient conditions; assist in care planning and take appropriate actions to promote outcomes. Deliver care as per established plans, documenting assessments, interventions, and incidents accurately. Advocate for patients by addressing concerns, providing education, and communicating relevant information to families and staff. Participate in performance improvement initiatives, support change, and contribute ideas for better patient outcomes and satisfaction. Maintain professional licenses, complete required training, and seek growth opportunities. Mentor and support peers, uphold confidentiality, safety, and professional standards, and promote a positive work environment. Qualifications & Skills Associates or Diploma in Nursing (Bachelors preferred). Current RN license (single-state or multi-state compact) and BLS certification. Experience in direct patient care preferred. Strong communication, collaboration, and professional development skills.
