Email Marketing Manager - Hubspot
We Are Rosie
About the role We're looking for a detail-obsessed email marketer to own hands-on execution of a high-volume fall email program in HubSpot. You'll partner with a full-time Email Strategist who sets strategy and targeting, while you build, QA, schedule, and send. Email is the main channel for re-engaging and onboarding customers of two SaaS products for political campaigns, so on-time, error-free sends matter. Volume peaks through Election Day, and send dates are fixed. You'll need to work quickly and independently, keep the send calendar on track, and catch issues before they go out. What you'll do Build, QA, and schedule activation sends in HubSpot, including conversion, texting (10DLC) registration, GOTV, and early-voting campaigns. Build and maintain automated, triggered flows, including drop-off recovery and onboarding nurtures that guide new signups to a published campaign website. Execute election-timed sends across customer audiences in the final stretch before Election Day. Build and maintain segmented target lists in partnership with the data team. Own the fall send calendar, QA process, and deliverability checks. Report on send performance against engagement goals (30%+ open rate, 4%+ click rate) and flag what's working. What you bring 2–4+ years of hands-on email marketing execution, ideally at a SaaS company. Strong HubSpot experience: building emails, workflows and automations, lists, and segments. A rigorous QA habit: links, personalization tokens, rendering, and audience logic. Working knowledge of deliverability best practices. Experience managing a high-volume send calendar on tight, fixed deadlines. Clear communication and the ability to work autonomously with a busy strategist. Alignment with the client's mission of supporting Democratic and progressive candidates and causes. Nice to have Basic HTML/CSS for email templates. Experience with lifecycle or onboarding programs for a product with a free-to-paid or activation model. A/B testing experience on subject lines, content, and send timing. Tools: HubSpot Political experience is not required. A strong SaaS background is preferred. We Are Rosie provides strategic consulting and talent solutions for the marketing industry.
