About The Job A successful candidate for this position must be an experienced Truck Mechanic/Diesel Mechanic (5 years minimum), with a strong understanding of semi truck diagnostics and repair. Someone who is self-motivated, safety-minded, and is able to effectively communicate with customers and co-workers. Benefits Competitive Pay, $28-$35/hour or commensurate based on experience. $1000 Sign-On Bonus payable after 90 days. Quarterly Safety & Performance Bonuses after 90 days. DAY Shift! SHOP position! Clothing/boot allowance after 90 days. Paid holidays and vacations time. 401(k) after 1 year. Overtime after 40 hours. Bi-weekly paychecks. We promote from within! Opportunity for growth. Responsibilities Inspect and diagnose truck systems. Troubleshoot, repair, and replace defective components. Perform preventative maintenance on trucks and parts. Independently motivated professional, dedicated to providing top-notch service. Maintain positive working relationships with customer. Follow all safety requirements while servicing trucks. Requirements Must have truck repair experience. At least 5 years experience as a truck mechanic. Valid Driver's License. Ability to pass a physical and Drug Screen. Ability to lift 50lbs.
