Financial Analyst

Financial Analyst Macomb County | Onsite | Up to $85K Growing organization is seeking a Financial Analyst to join its finance team. This role will work closely with Finance, Operations, Sales and Project Management, providing financial analysis around project costs, pricing, margins and profitability. Responsibilities Analyze project costs, pricing, margins and profitability Review financial estimates and identify cost or margin variances Support budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Perform scenario and ad hoc financial analysis Analyze historical results to identify trends and improve future estimates Evaluate project timing, billing and cash-flow impact Partner with Finance and operational teams to support business decisions Assist with process improvements and financial reporting Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field preferred 2+ years of Financial Analyst or related finance/accounting experience Experience with budgeting, forecasting and variance analysis Strong analytical and Excel skills Manufacturing, project accounting, cost accounting or construction finance experience is a plus Ability to work effectively with both Finance and Operations Onsite in Macomb County | Compensation up to $85K
