Registered Nurse - Advanced Acute Care Orthopaedics

Seeking a full-time Inpatient Registered Nurse to provide high-quality patient care in a dynamic clinical environment. Responsibilities include: Assessing, planning, executing, and evaluating nursing activities to meet patient and family needs. Providing compassionate care, promoting safety, and maximizing patient satisfaction. Conducting assessments, addressing physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Developing and coordinating care plans, including education, discharge planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration. Administering treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies per policy. Evaluating intervention effectiveness and adjusting care plans accordingly. Collaborating with physicians and team members to resolve patient needs proactively. Participating in decision-making, quality, safety initiatives, and evidence-based practice. Qualifications and Skills: Graduate from a Specialty Training Program in Nursing (Required). Ability to perform assessments and provide comprehensive patient care. Strong communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
