Full-Time Porter

Role: Maintain cleanliness, safety, and a professional appearance across commercial building spaces. Key Duties Clean and sanitize lobbies, common areas, restrooms, and break rooms to ensure they remain clean, presentable, and safe. Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed. Perform touch-point cleaning on high-contact surfaces. Respond promptly to spills, messes, and potential hazards to prevent accidents. Remove litter from building entrances and parking areas. Qualifications & Skills Strong attention to detail and consistent cleaning standards. Ability to identify hazards and act quickly and safely. Good reliability and ability to maintain a professional, clean environment. Familiarity with basic cleaning practices and supply restocking.
