What You’ll Do
This is a hands-on, client-facing leadership role. You'll be the vendor-side lead for our largest, most strategic client engagements: tier-one banks, financial services providers, telecoms and other regulated enterprises. You'll own delivery, the commercials and the executive relationship from SOW through production launch and beyond. You'll also mentor the Project Managers and Consultants in our Global Applied Intelligence team and help shape how we deliver.
What You’ll Own
• Flagship engagements. Lead one or more complex, multi-workstream implementations at the same time, from scoping through production launch and ongoing support.
• The commercials. Write, estimate and price SOWs. Lead change orders and renewals with Sales, Delivery leadership and Legal. Protect scope and margin while growing the account.
• Senior relationships. Be the trusted advisor and escalation point for client VP and C-level stakeholders, and turn difficult conversations into clear decisions.
• Delivery quality. Own requirements with Architects and Consultants, lead UAT, and drive go/no-go decisions to a successful launch.
• Regulatory risk. Identify and manage project risk, including the regulatory and compliance considerations specific to financial services.
• Global teams. Lead internal teams, client teams and third-party vendors across regions.
• Team development. Coach and develop Project Managers and Consultants.
100% remote — U.S.-based, preferably on the East Coast or in the Central Time Zone.
Globally connected — our clients and teams span APAC, EMEA, and LATAM, so you’ll collaborate with distributed, cross-regional teams across different time zones.
Qualifications, Strengths, and Skills
• Vendor-side experience (required). 8+ years of project or engagement management, with at least 5 on the vendor or consulting side, not internal or client-side, delivering enterprise software implementations for tier-one banks, financial services providers, telecoms or other highly regulated enterprises.
• Relevant domain experience (required). Experience with decisioning, credit risk, fraud, onboarding or data platforms is a must.
• You have written and priced SOWs, and led change orders and renewals for enterprise clients.
• Experience owning implementations end to end, from initiation through UAT, production launch and ongoing support.
• Confident, direct communication with C-level stakeholders, including holding a position on scope.
• Working knowledge of regulatory, compliance and risk considerations in financial services technology.
• Deep knowledge of the SDLC and of Agile, Waterfall and Iterative delivery.
• A track record of developing PMs or consultants.
Nice to Have
• PMP, PRINCE2 or equivalent certification.
• Professional fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese.
