The Radiology Interventional division is a critical component of our healthcare delivery, providing advanced diagnostic and therapeutic procedures to our patients. Role Overview : As the Supervisor • Interventional Radiology, you will supervise, direct, and coordinate the activities of technical, nursing, ancillary personnel, and students within the Radiology Interventional division. You will ensure a sterile environment in procedural rooms and oversee pre and post-op recovery areas, collaborating with departments like the OR, Anesthesia, and Nursing units to provide seamless patient care. What You Will Do : Supervise and coordinate the activities of technical, nursing, and ancillary personnel in the Radiology Interventional division. Ensure adherence to sterile environment protocols in OR-like procedural rooms and Pre and Post Op recovery areas. Coordinate patient care with other departments such as OR, Anesthesia, and Nursing units. Provide supervisory duties for nursing personnel when the RN Supervisor is unavailable. Perform technical duties within the division as necessary. What You Will Need : Required Qualifications : High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent. Minimum of three (3) years of experience in a technologic role. Must maintain required hours of continued medical education. Must maintain Healthcare Provider certification (BCLS). Registered in Radiography with the American Registry of Radiologic Technology (ARRT) or equivalent accrediting agency. Advanced registry in Cardiac-Interventional Radiography (CI), Vascular-Interventional Radiography (VI), or Cardiovascular-Interventional Radiography (CV) required within 12 months of hire. Preferred Qualifications : Two (2) years of supervisory experience. Bachelor's Degree or greater.
