You'll run every part of your store: leading the team, setting the bar for customer service and making sure every pizza is one we're proud of. What You'll Earn $55,000 base salary Bonuses and incentives on top, tied to your store's results and profitability Schedule You'll work weekends and at least 5 closing shifts a week, including Friday, Saturday and Sunday. This is required. Room to grow After a year of successfully running a Two Sisters Pizza store, you can apply for franchise ownership. Prefer the corporate side? You can also move into Trainer or Regional Manager roles.
