DEPUTY FORCE PRESERVATION MANAGER

You will serve as a DEPUTY FORCE PRESERVATION MANAGER in the ???????68450 MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE of I MARINE EXPEDITIONARY FORCE. You will oversee the integration of all Force Preservation and Safety Programs within I MEF, including but not limited to EPBHC, OSCAR, Safety, SAPR, MEO and UPFRP programs. You will provide advice to the AC/S G-10 and guidance to other IMEF senior staff to ensure programs are executed effectively and efficiently meet IMEF G-10 mission, goals and objectives. You will analyze projects/tasks to determine their relationship with stated goals, priorities, objectives, or desired end states. You will develop an organizational strategy for achieving the desired end-state. You will act as a primary point of contact for all IMEF G-10 staff sections and external stakeholders regarding force preservation and related programs. You will maintain oversight by subordinate chiefs. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: Assisting in managing personnel programs, ensuring readiness, overseeing integration of multiple force preservation programs such as Military Equal Opportunity, Sexual Assault Prevention, Family Readiness, Operational Stress Control and Readiness; Providing senior level leadership with program management and assessments; Oversight of subordinate employees, advising on work and administrative matters.
