Maintenance Technician

Studio C Inc. is now accepting applications for the position of Maintenance Technician for Celebration Cinema North. As a Maintenance Tech, you'll be involved in maintaining a first class experience for our guests doing preventative maintenance, equipment repairs, and grounds keeping. This full-time, hourly position offers a flexible early morning schedule with a guarantee of 40 hours per week. Some weekend and holiday hours may be required, but you will have time autonomy, and we foster a lifestyle balance. Responsibilities: Maintain building systems, grounds (including snow removal), and overall facility appearance Perform routine maintenance and repairs (painting, carpentry, plumbing, seating, equipment) Inspect and troubleshoot building systems to ensure safe operation Coordinate with vendors and contractors and verify quality of work Follow all safety standards and compliance requirements Maintain our core values of service, trust, empathy, respect, courage, and playfulness Qualifications and Experience: 1+ year of maintenance or facilities experience preferred Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, or mechanical systems Comfortable using tools, ladders, and lifts Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical tasks Benefits/Perks: Medical, Dental, Life, LTD, STD, 401k Paid Time Off FREE Movies!
