Role Overview: This position involves delivering high-quality inpatient nursing care, adhering to established standards and policies, and coordinating patient treatment plans. Key Responsibilities: Provide direct patient care, including treatments, medications, and diagnostic procedures. Conduct assessments, formulate, and implement individualized care plans with a focus on physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including physicians and ancillary staff, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Delegate tasks and adjust assignments based on patient acuity and team skill levels. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, safety programs, and evidence-based practice decisions. Engage in patient education, discharge planning, and family support throughout hospitalization. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate from a nursing specialty training program; strong teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and clinical judgment skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Additional Details: The role involves shift work, including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
